Dr David Hewson

Dr David Hewson is an Associate Professor of Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine and University of Nottingham and Honorary Consultant Anaesthetist at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. He was coopted to the board in May 2024 as the RA-UK Research Network Lead. His PhD was on patient-maintained propofol sedation in joint arthroplasty and he has an ongoing portfolio of research in regional anaesthesia, trauma and medical device development.
