Rooms that are not taken up will be released 8 weeks prior from the event (12th March 2026).

Guests can cancel and get full refund 3 days prior to the event. Any cancellations made after this time will be subject to 100% cancellation charges.

You can then complete and guarantee your own booking and pay upon arrival.

​Booking rooms will be cut off 4 weeks prior to arrival date (6th April 2026) 

Please note after this date other booking sites are available but there is no guarantee that the rate will remain the same.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 23:59 the day before. Should the reservation be cancelled after this time or if the guest doesn’t turn up at all without notice, (no show) the first night will be charged.
